3D dental imaging
3D CBCT dental imaging is a diagnostic radiological method with which the dentist obtains a complete 3D image of the teeth, jaws and related structures for an accurate assessment of the condition and treatment planning.
In our dental center we use state-of-the-art X-ray machines from the well-known manufacturer Planmeca, known for emitting very low doses of radiation. Using the three-dimensional image, we can accurately assess the dimensions of the bone and structures before placing implants.

How the scan works
The scan takes 10 seconds: you sit on a chair while the device rotates around your head and, using X-rays and a digital CMOS sensor, creates a 3D image.
