General
At Antonio Koderman s.p. (hereinafter: the “controller”), we respect your privacy and strive to provide the highest level of protection for your personal data. In doing so, we observe in particular the requirements of the law governing the protection of personal data, the laws governing electronic communications and electronic commerce, and the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
The purpose of this statement is to inform you of the purposes and legal basis on which your personal data are obtained and used, and how you can control these processes and exercise your rights.

Personal data and the basis for its processing
Personal data is any information that identifies you as a specific or identifiable individual. We store and process all of your personal data solely for the purposes for which they were provided, in accordance with the GDPR and applicable legislation.
We process your data on the basis of consent, the law or a legitimate interest, and for concluding and performing contracts. Depending on the type of your interaction with us, we may collect the following data:
a) Data of visitors to our website (IP address, date and time of the visit, data on the pages visited, website settings, location data or the internet access point).
We process these data to analyse the user experience and to keep visit statistics. The data are collected using cookies, about which you can read more in our cookie policy.
b) Processing when submitting an enquiry or booking, and asking questions
Through our online forms you can submit an enquiry, book our service or ask a question. We collect the following data that you provide voluntarily:
- full name;
- email address;
- the date and location of the desired service.
We process these data solely to contact you or to record your booking and arrange the appointment. The legal basis is your consent.
c) Processing of data obtained through communication on social networks
We are also present on social networks such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook. You can contact us via comments or private messages. We process the data you voluntarily provide only to handle your request. Our website also uses plug-ins for these networks; we have no influence over the scope, nature and purpose of the data collected by the plug-in, and we refer you to the privacy policies of the respective providers.
d) Processing when concluding a contract and providing services
When concluding a contract for our services, we collect: full name; address; email and phone number; the location and date of the desired service. This processing is necessary to fulfil the contractual obligations; the legal basis is our contractual relationship with you.
e) Processing of health data (special categories)
In providing dental services, we also process data about your health, which under the GDPR fall within the special categories (Article 9). This includes: medical history, data on dental and oral status, diagnoses and treatment plan, X-ray (OPG) and 3D CBCT images, photographs, and data on procedures performed and materials used. The legal basis is Article 9(2)(h) of the GDPR (processing for healthcare purposes) in connection with the legislation governing healthcare activity. Access is granted only to authorised persons bound by professional confidentiality.
Recipients of personal data
We undertake not to disclose your data to unauthorised third parties without your consent. Within the scope of statutory powers, your data may be disclosed to the following recipients: the accounting service, law firms and other providers of legal and business advice; providers of banking and debt-collection services; providers of IT services in connection with the maintenance of software, and the administrator and operator of the website.
We undertake that your data will not be transferred to a third country outside the EU/EEA or to an international organisation without an adequate level of protection.
Retention period of personal data
We store your data for as long as the relevant purpose requires. We keep medical documentation (medical history, diagnoses, treatment plan, X-ray and 3D images, and data on procedures performed) in accordance with the legislation governing data collections in healthcare — as a rule for 10 years after the last procedure, or for the period specified by applicable healthcare legislation.
Data processed on a legal basis are kept for the period prescribed by law. Contract-related data are kept for the duration of the relationship and the statutory limitation period. Data processed on the basis of your consent or a legitimate interest are kept until you withdraw it or request that processing cease. After the retention period expires, we effectively and permanently delete or anonymise your data.
Your rights and our commitments
We undertake to protect your data appropriately and to guard it against misuse with due care. At any time you may request information about the processing; access to your data and a copy of it; the rectification of incorrect or the completion of incomplete data; the transfer or deletion of your data and the restriction of processing; or lodge an objection to the processing.
To exercise your rights or for further information, you can reach us at: info@koderman.eu. You may also send a written statement to this address withdrawing your consent. Your withdrawal applies going forward and does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out until then.

Changes to this privacy policy
We reserve the right to update this statement from time to time. We recommend that you check the current version before each submission of personal data. We will inform you in advance of any material changes via a notice on our website.
