Panoramic X-ray (OPG)
Dental X-ray (OPG) is a diagnostic radiological method with which the dentist obtains a complete image of the teeth, jaws and related structures for an accurate assessment of the condition and treatment planning.
In our dental center we use state-of-the-art X-ray machines from the well-known manufacturer Planmeca, known for emitting very low doses of radiation.

In a very short time and with a very low dose of radiation, we obtain a high-quality 2D image on which we can accurately assess the condition of the teeth and bone.
How the scan works
The scan takes 10 seconds: you sit on a chair while the device rotates around your head and, using X-rays and a digital CMOS sensor, creates a 2D image.
