Terms of business

These general terms of business govern the relationship between the service provider Zobozdravstvena dejavnost, Antonio Koderman s.p. (hereinafter: the practice) and the patients who use the practice’s services. By booking an examination or service, the patient confirms that they are familiar with and agree to these terms.

1. Booking and appointments

The patient may book an appointment by phone, email or via the online form on our website. The appointment is confirmed once the practice confirms it in writing or verbally. The first consultation is free and non-binding.

2. Cancellation and rescheduling

The patient may cancel or reschedule an appointment no later than 24 hours before the agreed time, by phone or email. In the event of an unexcused absence or cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment, the practice reserves the right to charge for the reserved appointment.

3. Prices and payment

The practice is self-pay — no referral is required for the services. Prices are presented to the patient at the consultation before treatment begins, in the form of a written treatment plan. Payment is possible in cash or by pro-forma invoice. For larger procedures, instalment payment is available by arrangement.

4. Treatment plan

Before treatment begins, the patient receives a treatment plan describing the procedures, the expected timeline and the price. Any changes to the plan are agreed with the patient as they arise, before any additional procedures are carried out.

5. Guarantee

We provide a guarantee on placed implants and manufactured prosthetics in accordance with the conditions of the manufacturer and the practice. The guarantee does not apply in cases of inadequate oral hygiene, failure to attend check-ups or mechanical damage. The details of the guarantee are explained to the patient at the consultation.

6. Complaints

The patient may submit a complaint in writing to info@koderman.eu or in person at the practice. The practice undertakes to respond to a complaint within a reasonable period, as a rule within 8 days.

7. Data protection

The processing of personal and health data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on our website.

8. Final provisions

The practice reserves the right to amend these terms. The valid version is published on the website. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of a court in the Republic of Slovenia, and Slovenian law applies.
