Implantology
All-on-4 / All-on-6
All-on-4 and All-on-6 are modern implant methods for replacing an entire dental arch with four or six implants, onto which a fixed bridge is attached.
The All-on-4 and All-on-6 methods are ideal for the complete restoration of the teeth in one jaw. Using four or six implants, they provide a stable and aesthetic replacement of all teeth without the need for an individual implant for each tooth. The solution is reliable, long-lasting and restores the patient's bite function and everyday confidence. Immediate loading is often possible, meaning the patient receives temporary teeth within 48 hours of the procedure. The definitive prosthetics are made after three months.
Benefits
Gives patients rapid rehabilitation with fixed teeth that improve quality of life, nutrition and overall health.
The difference between 4 and 6 implants
The more implants there are, the greater the stability and durability of the prosthetic replacement. In our practice we always aim to place 6 implants, because we want your teeth to last a very long time.
How the procedure works
The procedure is performed under local anaesthesia and is completely painless. All you feel during the procedure are unpleasant vibrations while the implant site is being prepared. Placing 4 or 6 implants takes 60–90 minutes.
Aftercare
After the procedure, good oral hygiene with mouthwash and an extra-soft toothbrush is very important, along with avoiding hard and hot food. After seven days the sutures are removed and a short check-up is carried out.
Price and payment options
The price of rehabilitation with All-on-4/6 implants, including all preparation, is €5,500. The temporary denture and any necessary bone augmentation are charged additionally.

Frequently asked questions
Is placing implants a painful procedure?
Placing implants is a completely painless procedure, as it is performed under local anaesthesia. The anaesthesia is the same as for a tooth extraction. All you feel during the procedure are unpleasant vibrations while the implant site is being prepared. Pain after the procedure is minimal or almost non-existent. Mild analgesics such as paracetamol, naproxen or ibuprofen are enough to relieve any discomfort.
How long does pain last after implants are placed?
After a simple placement, pain is almost non-existent. Our patients return surprised, as the pain was far less than they had expected or heard. With larger procedures such as All-on-4, subperiosteal or zygomatic implants, pain often appears in the first three days, but it is minimal and manageable with simple analgesics.
How long is the guarantee on implants?
In our practice we place premium implants from the most renowned Italian company, Sweden & Martina. The guarantee on the prosthetic components is lifetime. The guarantee on osseointegrated implants is 5 years, provided you attend the six-month or annual check-up. We cover 100% of any complications during this period. After 5 years, all costs are borne by the patient. The guarantee on prosthetic work on implants is 2 years.
Can the body reject an implant?
The body can reject an implant, which is usually evident within 14 days of the procedure. There are several causes of failure. Should an implant fail after the osseointegration period, we will place a new one at our expense.
How much does prosthetics on implants cost?
Restoring a jaw with 4 implants costs €5,500; should you opt for 6 implants, the cost is €6,500.
How long does placing an implant take?
Placing a single implant takes approximately 20 minutes to 1.5 hours for an extensive procedure.
